Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to dashboard, click on 'Edit dashboard' and '+ Add' to open widget configuration form.
2. Select Clock widget.
3. Change Time type value to other than already selected.
4. Observe how focus changes and is now on Type field.
5. Using keyboard (press tab) navigate to Time type field.
6. Using arrows up or down, change the Time type value.
7. Observe how focus changes and is now on Type field.

Result:

This doesn't look like a big issue when clicking through the configuration form with mouse, but it may be very confusing, if navigating through this form with keyboard.

Expected:
Focus stays on Time type field.
