We had a report from a customer that their proxy started randomly crashing on start-up.
The customer was running Proxy version 5.0.37, and they claim that after a restart of the Proxy service the proxy started crashing. The customer is using MySQL as the database for the proxy, and if all the DB parameters in the Proxy configuration file are provided correctly, the proxy crashes on start-up, if we comment out, for example, the DBPassword parameter, the Proxy service starts up and is logging that it cannot connect to the database.

The issue seems to be somewhere with MySQL, as when we removed it and installed SQLite3 database for the proxy, it started working fine, collecting data and sending it to the Zabbix Server.

Customer states that no operations were performed before the issue appeared - no proxy configuration changes, no packages updated, etc.
Perhaps there was an automatic package update of sorts.
