zabbix-agent2 upgrade saturates postgres connections for monitoring

      Server: Zabbix server 1:6.0.13-1+debian11 on Debian 11
      Client: 5 monitored Debian 10 vm while upgrading agent2 from 6.0.24 to 6.0.25

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Upgrade zabbix-agent2 with standard  
        apt upgrade

        command from 6.0.24 to 6.0.25

      Result:
      See log file...

      Got lots of postgres alarms on server

      Expected:
      Monitor should continue as usual.
