Steps to reproduce:

1. Have zabbix, with lot of data and timescaledb compression
2. Upgrade to postgresql 16 (any minor version)
3. Upgrade timescaledb to 2.13.0
4. Go to dashboard, postgresql error log

note that enable_presorted_aggregate=off doesn't affect and solve this issue, optimizer still there.

i.e. looks like this combination (postgresql 16+timescaledb 2.13.0, specifically) is not fully compatible yet, should wait for next timescaledb release
