The following improvements report was left regarding URL widget configuration as described on 23 URL (zabbix.com):

URL scheme starting with http:// or https:// is mandatory, we should notice this. If use just like: 'www.somesite.com' it will redirect to Zabbix itself due to the support of the relative path handling.

While researching this issue, it was agreed that the text update should also be extended to 1 Screen elements (zabbix.com) (5.0).
