Map Elements with a URL defined result in a PHP Undefined Array Key error

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Any map element with a defined URL
      2. Click on Element in MAP view
      3. Generates Undefined array key "manualinput" errors across top of screen
      4. Removing URL from previously affected map element and saving map fixes (with no URL now.)
