Steps to reproduce:

1. Configured PSK on 6.4.10 zabbix agent and it can not talk  to zabbix server since unknown PSK Identity.
2. trying to configure it on server webui. but failed and report "Details Cannot update proxy

• Invalid parameter "/1/tls_psk": minimum length is 32 characters."  Even I had input a satisfied PSK and PSK identity.

1. After check the error from php,it should not recieved my PSK from JS frontend.
