Proxmox monitor with html - ( uptime <10min) false allarm

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Monitor a proxmox node.
      2. Create a VM a test VM ( let's say VM#999 )
      3. Wait until it is populated in Zabbix items/ monitor
      4. disable the monitoring for this this VM
      5. reboot the VM and wait less than 10 min and shut it down - never to turn it on again.
      6. Zabbix will complain that the VM is rebooted ( uptime <10min)
      7. Close the info
      8. Zabbix will complain that the VM is rebooted ( uptime <10min) 
      9. Close the issue
      10. Zabbix will complain that the VM is rebooted  ( uptime <10min) 
      11. ...

      Result:
      It should check also if the VM uptime is different from the previous one - if it is the same - do not pop the alarm any longer
      Expected:
      Once you close the triggered alarm - never bother you again until enable the VM monitoring

      AND

      Once you closed the alarm it should not trigger if the uptime = uptime.last
