      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change timezone to "(UTC-01:00) Atlantic/Cape_Verde"
      2. Go to any page with time selector
      3. Click on "Today" or "Yesterday"

      Result: An error 

      DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (2023-12-21-0100:00:00-0100) at position 15 (:): Unexpected character

      Expected:
      No error.
