After upgrading zabbix components from 6.0.12 to 6.0.23 (upgrading it further to 6.0.24 didn't help), in the GUI in places where links associated with alerts can be displayed, these links began to be displayed twice (images: menuEntryInspect, MenuEntryLink).

The links in Zabbix are identical, in debug mode you can only see single values for __zbx_servicenow_link and __zabbix_servicenow_sys_id variables. When clicked, the user is taken to the same ticket (image: menuEntryDebug).

Settings fo ServceNow mediatype are standard (image: serviceNowSettings).

The links lead to the ServiceNow notification system, external access is handled by OKTA. The problem affects both new alarms and those that were active before the upgrade. 

Unfortunately, I don't have access to ServiceNow or OKTA and I don't know exactly how these two systems are configured, so I am unable to reproduce the problem. Problem itself looks similar to ZBX-21329.  

What could be the cause of the problem and how to fix it (only one link displayed)?
What else I could check to help with debugging?
