I have several Media types: "jabber", "sms", "email" - for one user.
I create a Action that uses only two "Media types": jabber and mail1,

I add Action operations for user Demo;

Operation type: Send message
Send message to: Single user Demo
Send only to: email
User medias
Email [email protected] 1-7,00:00-23:59; NIWAHD

and

Operation type: Send message
Send message to: Single user Demo
Send only to: jabber
User medias
Email [email protected] 1-7,00:00-23:59; NIWAHD

When a Action is triggered, the message is sent only on jabber, media "email" is missing
