Steps to reproduce:

• create host group. ie: TEST
• Create a new action
  • condition:
    • Host group does not equal TEST
  • Operation
    • Does not matter, something so the action can be saved
• Save the action

Now, Open the action and:

• • Add condition:
    • Host group equals TEST

Result:
Nothing happened/changed.

Expected:
Condition is replaced / updated from 'does not equal' to 'equals to', or at least some error message must be returned. 
This is extremely confusion, as there is no error message or indication at all about what (did not) happen
