Browser error after page refresh with active popup message

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to User settings -> Profile -> Messaging
      2. Enable Frontend messaging
      3. Cast problem and get active message popup
      4. With the active message on the page, refresh it

      Result: Error in console.

      jsLoader.php?lang=en_US&ver=6.0.26rc1&showGuiMessaging=1:33747  play() failed because the user didn't interact with the document first.
