No way to select 'All' hosts or hostgroups from Monitoring -> Triggers/Events

      I select 'None' from Administration -> General -> GUI -> "Dropdown first entry", because i rather have nothing selected by default. This however completely removes the 'All' entry, making it impossible to view all hosts or hostgroups..
