I started a refresh install on a clean ubuntu 22. 

• I launch the http/host/zabbix/setup.php
• I click next on pre-requisite
• I set the postgres database (on remove server)
• at step 4 (settings) the page is broken. I can't click next

I edited the html page add a next button to skip this step on continue the installation.

I tried to change language and timezone but the page is totally broken again. 

I tried to install zabby 6.0,6.4 and 7

with php 7,8.1 and 8.3 on ubuntu 22 in french
