Full clone of the template is not able to validate template during import due to the extra values

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. upgrade 6.0 to 6.4.11 with no errors during upgrade
      2. try to clone any template
      3. get:

      Result:
      Cloning doesn't work.

      Expected:
      System is able to clone own templates which are working fine.
