      Hi:

I have configured IT Services with a "father" Service which depends on several "child" services.

The situation is that I actually have configured a one-time downtime for today in one child service.
The child service went down because of the maintenance I did it on the service
And the SLA with its associated trigger of the child service is 100%.

      This is OK.

But the problem is that the SLA of the father service is decreasing because of the child node trigger.

I think that if a child service is in downtime, it should not affect the SLA of the father service.
