Error in dashboard if map widget contains map with an element user doesn't have access to

      Create user of type "Zabbix user"
      Create map that has a host, to witch the user doesn't have permissions.
      If user loads map in maps, empty placeholder is displayed, as expected.
      If map is displayed in dashboards, an error is displayed on top of it:

      json_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($json) of type string is deprecated [zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → CController->run() → Widgets\Map\Actions\WidgetView->doAction() → json_decode() in widgets/map/actions/WidgetView.php:78]
