Zabbix package downloads unsupported version of mysql

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Follow steps found here: Download and install Zabbix 6.4 for Debian 12 (Bookworm), MySQL
      2. When attempting to start the zabbix-proxy you will get an error message.  

      Result:

      934:20240227:211724.647 Unable to start Zabbix proxy due to unsupported MariaDB database version (10.11.03).
934:20240227:211724.647 Must not be higher than (10.10.xx).
934:20240227:211724.647 Use of supported database version is highly recommended.
934:20240227:211724.647 Override by setting AllowUnsupportedDBVersions=1 in Zabbix proxy configuration file at your own risk.

      Expected:
      Service started
