The goal is to have notifications (delivered localy) to users/groups on master node about problems from child nodes.
PROBLEM: Problems with actions on master node on events from child node in distributed setup:
1. There is impossible to add "host template" from child node as condition to action on master node. Please see Case 2 below.
2. Operations status not updated on master node: still shown "In Progress" as actually is "Sent" ( as seen on child node when connected directly). Please see Case 2 and 4 below.
3. Trigger names not prefixed with node names in conditions on master node. Please see Case 1.
