Steps to reproduce:

1. Create item whose "Custom intervals" are set to type "Scheduling" and "Interval" uses at least "wd" and "h" parameters, for example, "wd1-5h12" or "wd1-7h9-17m/5" or "wd1-7h17-22/3" or "wd1-7h0-9/3" or "wd1-7h0-23/1". As mentioned in Problem with Custom intervals today (29 february) - ZABBIX Forums items interval have to include "wd".
2. Set date to long years 28. february, to verify that data get's collected.
3. Wait till 29. february to verify that item created in step nr.1 does not get data (executed), therefore no new data for that item.

Result:
No data gathered on 29. february on items which has set "Custom intervals" type to "Scheduling" and "Interval" uses "wd".

Expected:
That items with "Custom intervals" set to type "Scheduling" and interval containing week days "wd" gets executed on long years 29. february.
