Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the system time to February 29th.

sudo timedatectl set-time "2024-02-29 13:00:00"

1. restart zabbix-server and db service
2. set scheduling intervals as below(refer to zbx-item-scheduing-wd.jpg)
   h13m9, wd1-5h13m10, h13m11, wd1-5h13m12, h13m13

Result:

Scheduling with the 'wd' prefix have not been scheduled for execution.

Scheduling without the 'wd' prefix have been scheduled for execution.

Expected:

Since February 29, 2024 is Thursday, items should be scheduled as usual.
