Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new template or host graph under Data collection.
   1. Add two items to the graph (Item_1 and Item_2).
   2. Remove the first item from the list.
   3. Re-add the Item_1 to the list.
2. Observe: two items in the list: Item_2, Item_1.
3. Save the graph and re-open it for inspection.

Result:

The Item_2 is missing from the list.

Expected:

Both items should be present in the list: Item_2 and Item_1.
