Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure having a Numeric (float) item with the latest value of 1234.56789.
2. Create an "Item value" widget and link it with the item.
   1. Configure Units = "s".
   2. Configure Decimals = 0.
3. Save the widget and resize like on the screenshot.

Result:

1. The "large" parts is misaligned with the "small" part (milliseconds).
2. The lower description is not visible.
