Steps to reproduce:

1. 'Alerts' -> 'Actions' -> 'Discovery actions'
2. Create/Update discovery action -> Add condition
3. Type "Uptime/Downtime" -> value field
4. Add 15 symbols in value field

Result:
Currently max length of the field also set to 15 even though maximum allowed value there is "2592000". 
Expected:
The maximum length of the Uptime/Downtime value field should be updated to 7 characters.
