Please provide more specific error message for "Max repetition count" field in Host SNMP interface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create host and add SNMP interface;
2. Select SNMPv2 or SNMPv3;
3. Type value more than "2147483647";
4. Save Host.

Result:
Error message "Incorrect arguments passed to function."

Expected: "Incorrect value for field "Max repetition count": value must be between "0" and "2147483647"." instead of the current error message "Incorrect arguments passed to function."
