Specific criteria must be met to observe missing scrollbar:

1. Chrome browser must be used.
2. Advanced configuration block must be used in the form.
   1. Textarea field must be used within the Advanced configuration.
      1. Vertical scrollbar must be displayed in the textarea field (must be enough text).
3. Popup form must initially load without the vertical scrollbar.
   1. But the scrollbar shall appear when the Advanced configuration is toggled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Gauge widget on the dashboard.
2. Fill in the required information.
3. Put enough text in the Description field (under the Advanced configuration) so that the vertical scrollbar appears in the textarea.
4. Toggle the Advanced configuration block.

Result:

The scrollbar might disappear and the footer buttons might get misaligned.

Clicking anywhere (even outside the browser) fixes the problem.

Expected:

Form resizes correctly and the scrollbar is visible when necessary.
