A few simple check items became unavailable if only one fping fails

      Zabbix performs fping in "batches", several addresses at a time.

      However, if one of them gets a timeout error and becomes unavailable, the whole "batch" is marked as unavailable. When an item becomes available again, the entire " batch" is marked as unavailable. 

      Faced this on Zabbix docker, 6.0.17-alpine image. 

      fping version is 5.1
