Steps to reproduce:

1. Create URL widget with settings (for example):
   1. URL:

       zabbix.php?action=item.list&context=host&filter_set=1&filter_hostids%5B0%5D={HOST.ID} 

   2. Override host: dashboard
2. Save widget and choose host in Dashboard: Zabbix server
