Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a host with no Items
2. Navigate to Latest data and select Zabbix server and the host with no items.
3.  select sub-filters:
   1. Hosts: Zabbix server
   2. Tags: component
   3. Tag values: internal process
   4. State: Not supported
   5. Data: Without data
4. Remove Zabbix server from Host filter and apply filter

Result:
State sub-filter is not visible anymore, even if ''Not supported'' sub-filter is still set.
