The highest number of process is used by which user and which command

      We check number of running process is only 125 in the highest value from zabbix monitor.

      But the number of process in any state "proc.num[]" is reached to 140K.

      Now we need to know the highest number of process is used by which user, which state, and which command line.

      OS: AIX 7.2
