When executing item test, any of the user macros present in the item will not resolve to their values, but instead will use the user macro name as a string.

To reproduce the bug:

• create a host and create a user macro for it
• create an item inside this host
  • set the type as script
  • in parameters include the previously created user macro with some kind of name
  • the script itself can be just a simple 'return value'
• press 'Test' to test the item

This bug also happens when macros are entered in 'Key' field, for example, for agent items.

Item execution works OK. Item returns correct values if viewing it under "Latest data".
