"Invalid third parameter." error appears in the item test dialogue, in case if user macro is used as a parameter of the item key.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new host with user macro (f.e: {$TEST} and Value: maintenance) ;
2. Create a new item for this host with created macro in parameters (f.e: with Type "Zabbix internal" and Key zabbix[host,,{$TEST}]) ;
3. Test the item: press the "Test" button in the item configuration form and then press the "Get value and test" button.

Result:
"Invalid third parameter." error appears:
