      The parent item of "Template DB In Oracle by ODBC" is a regular item, but it's an LLD (Low-Level Discovery) item in "Oracle by ODBC," causing import issues.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Export "Template DB Oracle by ODBC" from Zabbix5.0.3.
      Import "Template DB Oracle by ODBC" into Zabbix6.0.20.
