Blank screen (error) is displayed if logging in with the LDAP user, if LDAP extension was removed

      Steps to reproduce:
      Precondition: PHP LDAP extension is installed

      1. Open Users -> Authentication -> LDAP
      2. Configure LDAP server
      3. Create LDAP group and user or configure JIT provisioning
      4. Remove the PHP LDAP extension
      5. Try to log in with the LDAP user

      Result:
      Blank screen is displayed.
      Runtime error appears in the logs.

      Expected:
      Log in unsuccessful, notification "PHP LDAP extension missing" should be displayed. (behavior from 6.0)
