Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable Host with any passive metric, trigger and trigger action

Result:

Metrics, triggers and actions continues work before next configuration sync occurs.

Expected:
After disabling metric, trigger and trigger action should be disabled immidiatlely. As described in documentation.
The documentation describes that "monitoring stops as soon as you disable the host"
