Steps to reproduce:
1) Item with type - Zabbix agent.
2) Add key - system.cpu.load
3) Set Type of information to - Numeric (unsigned)
4) Press Test button.
5) In appeared form press - Get value and test

Result:
No errors, result displayed in Numeric (float) format

Expected:
Result should be converted to Unsigned.
