Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new database.
• Open the item prototype with the key "haproxy.backend.status[{#PXNAME},{#SVNAME}]" in the "HAProxy by HTTP" template and ensure that the "Service status" value mapping is set.
• Import this template from the yaml file - templates/app/haproxy_http/template_app_haproxy_http.yaml. Make sure that the "valuemap" field is absent for this prototype beforehand.

Result:
The "Value mapping" field is not cleared.
