'Scheduled report' pdf file is generated with wrong naming

      Precondition:

      • Setup scheduled reports
      • Enable 'Email' media type with SMTP server => localhost
      • Add media:email (with valid email address) in your profile e.g.
      • Run zabbix server and zabbix_web_service

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create dashboard with widget
      • Create scheduled report for the previously created dashboard
      • Open scheduled report and press Test button
      • Check your email

      Result: File with name 'applicationpdf' is received.

      Expected: PDF file with schedule name, date and time should be generated and sent to user.
      e.g.

      Note: the same scenario works correctly on release/6.4 branch.
