It is too easy to accidentally create the minimum size widget

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open a dashboard in edit mode.
      2. Press on some empty space to create a dashboard.

      Result
      Sometimes the minimum size widget is created. This happens because the dashboard detected the user dragging the mouse when clicking. In reality the action was not intended.
