Steps to reproduce:

1. Changes in configuration  -  backup postgresql database(ver. 16.1) from docker container and restore database on postgresql server side (centos 9)

Result:
After restore Zabbix Server is not working, in the file log we observe "ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block "

But in log file postgres we observe :"2024-05-20 13:09:50.806 EEST [411648] ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

During the restore in the postgres logs, no errors were detected
Version Zabbix Server : 6.4.10

Version Zabbix Frontend : 6.4.10

Version PostgreSQL in docker and server side : 16.1

Mention: All zabbix components run in the container.
