macOS install pkgs missing

      The macOS installer packages don't get updated anymore since 6.4.13. This affects both GnuTLS as well as OpenSSL. The Archive release of the agent is up to date, though.

      Besides I couldn't find the mechanisms that create the macOS installer packages in git, ie. I couldn't package them myself for distribution to our macOS hosts.
