      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Data collection -> Discovery rule
      2. Slow down the internet connection in DevTool
      3. Enable/Disable discovery
      4. Mouse over the row
      5. Check status background while loading

      Result:
      white background

      Expected:
      remove background?

      Can reproduce on other pages, for example Modules
