Problem description: table stats are displayed under the proxy group table if there are no proxy groups to display:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the list of proxy groups
2. Delete all existing proxy groups of apply filter that will not return anything
3. Check for table stats in the bottom right corner.

Result: Table stats are displayed.
Expected: same as in all other places in frontend, table stats should not be displayed if there is not data to display.
