no documentation for 6.0.30 and no info for .29

      zabbix 6.0.30 is out already quite some time 

      zabbix-agent-6.0.30-release1.el9.x86_64.rpm

      however upgade notes have not been added for .30 last one is .29

      and .29 was an upgrade without any changes ? so same as .28  ?
