Steps to reproduce:
- Create Zabbix user role that does NOT have the "Trigger actions" permission assigned
- Navigate to a template you have write rights to and create a new trigger
- Click "Expression constructor"
Result:
Screenshot attached.
"Access denied" message appears.
Expected:
Expression constructor appears as expected. This worked in Zabbix 6.4.
