Possible crash when calculating new ids for tables using cache

      Since cache is used for nextid calculations by 14 tables while ZBX_IDS_SIZE is still 13. This will case server to abort when the new id for the 14th table is being calculated.
      The following error is logged in such case:

      insufficient shared memory for ids
