According to the changelog, 1.8.2 introduced expanded application of permissions. Users of Group A could no longer access objects created by Group B, unless users were members of both groups. This is fine, I have no problems with the general behavior.

However, there is no way for the GUI to manage these permissions.

I have Actions that users are now no longer able to see or edit unless they are super-admins.

If we're going to have fine-grained access control, then the GUI needs to support configuring that access control for all objects, not just hosts and hostgroups. Actions aren't associated with hosts or hostgroups.

Please add the ability to view and configure the access rights for a given object (item, trigger, host, hostgroup, action, event, screen, map, etc.) across all users and user groups.
