The amount of historical data that can be viewed is limited to the period set in "Data Storage Period" even if housekeeper is disabled

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Disable housekeeper(HousekeepingFrequency=0)
      2. Set the "Data storage period" to "1h", Only 1 hour of data will be visible in "Latest Data"
      3. Set to "2h" in the "Data storage period", 2 hours of data is visible, etc.

      Expected:
      All the data will be visible regardless of the "Data Storage Period" setting or Shouldn't it be explicitly mentioned on the documentation page? Since this behavior differs from the previous versions of Zabbix 5.0 and 4.0.
