I've upgraded from 6.2 to 7.0 LTS and i get get HTTP Error 500 on Trigger Actions page

mysql and apache 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Alerts -> Actions -> Trigger Actions" I get HTTP Error 500 

Result:
HTTP Error 500 after press Trigger Actions
Expected:
Expected to load Trigger Actions page
